A Brief Historical Critique of the Zeitgeist Movie

The Centre for Public Christianity has a number of great resources. One of them is a recent brief historical critique of the Zeitgeist movie with historian Dr. Chris Forbes.

I watched about 10 mins of the Zeitgeist movie on youtube a long time back.

Awful - the makers should be ashamed of themselves (at least those 10 mins were really bad)

My conspiracy theory is that it was made by Christians to make atheists look stupid :-)

Yeah, I watched this movie, or at least the religious part, a while back. Once the 9/11 nonsense came up, or whatever other related things, I quit. Anyway, to me, just the fact that they attack Christianity based upon Dec. 25th shows their ignorance.

Unfortunately, there are people who will watch this kind of thing and have their faith shaken at least a little bit. I'm thankful there are people who have reviewed this to show how silly it is, for the sake of those people. It really doesn't even deserve a first thought, much less a second one.

This article refutes and disproves claims of Zeitgeist movie, from the part of Christianity:

I suggest to read the article
