That is great advice. I wish more people would strive for that.
I think this is a great piece of advice. You know, Michael Ramsden said that when you read books or hear speakers, you will read and hear things and say "hey, that's a great point, I can use that". But if you have never broken that argument down and thought about it yourself, you will never truly be able to communicate it to anyone else.
